Getting Started

We have enhanced the web site area for our Plan Sponsors. Here you will have access to all the features previously available on our web site, and in addition new features in the area called EZLink. EZLink consists of a number of different components enabling you to utilize the Internet for faster processing of information, for greater control over data submission, to see improved staff productivity and have more access to plan and participant specific data.

To access this area, you will need to sign up for a User ID and a Password. If you already have an EZLink User ID and password, you can close this window and login.

If not, it’s very easy to become an EZLink partner! First, make sure you are a current MissionSquare Retirement client (you must have been assigned a plan number) and that your computer meets the recommended system specifications.

Then, to obtain an EZLink User ID and password (For Plan Sponsor Use ONLY):

  • If you are a participant and would like to access your individual account online, please click here to establish a password for your online account.
  • Read, complete, and sign the EZLink Access Form (you will need the free Adobe® Acrobat® Reader to view this file).
  • Fax the completed form back to the EZLink Administrator at 202-962-4601.

MissionSquare Retirement will assign each staff member listed an EZLink User ID and password and mail the confirmation within 7-10 business days.
